This vacuum has been extremely disappointing in terms of build quality and durability. Several components feel cheaply made, and parts have broken off during normal use. The battery performance is also poor and did not last more than a year, which is unacceptable for a product in this price range.
The vacuum head is poorly designed, and the wheels on the head are fragile and prone to breaking. On this occasion, I simply picked up the vacuum to do a quick clean and parts broke off — it was not dropped or mishandled in any way. Based on the damage, you would think it had been thrown against a wall, but that was not the case.
Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a Samsung product. For anyone considering this model, I would strongly recommend spending a little extra on a more reliable brand with better build quality and battery longevity.
Follow-up · These vacuums aren’t designed to have parts cheaply replaced they’re built cheap so you just buy a new one. It lost suction after 3 months

Bought as an upgrade to a failing dyson v8 animal. Immediately obvious power and suction differences, this vac is very powerful by comparison. Moves better too Has 3 motorised heads. Battery lasted 5 rooms, better than 2 rooms with the dyson. It is also very quiet, by comparison. Bought for $449 doing a price compare with the good guys, so shop around there are good deals. I'm really impressed so far.
