Samsung Jet 90 Pet

Great at first, but dosent last long – This vacuumed cleaner was amazing to start with, but after 2 years it has no battery life, we have replaced the main head attachment due to the original stopped spinning. The second use of the new attachment and it has also stopped spinning. Painful. Samsung only have a 6 month warranty on attachments which I now see why. So disappointing as we only have a 70square m house and (when the attachment worked) we couldn't even get around the house on the battery.

Thanks for nothing Samsung – Don’t buy this vacuum! We bought this vacuum in August of 2020 For $929 and it’s been the biggest waste of money! We have had nothing but issues! A few months after purchasing, the wheels started to get sticky and stop rolling. This left marks on my floor and made it impossible to use! We took it back to place of purchase as it was under warranty and they only offered to replace the head with the display model. Within a few months the same thing happened again. Had to jump through hoops for Samsung to replace the head under warranty….. they finally did! Another few months and the same thing happened! We purchased a different head to see if it would make a difference and it happened again! We have wooden floors and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and not a big house! This is obviously a fault with the wheels. You cannot even get replacement wheels! So after having a new head every few months, last week the battery completely died! You expect to get more than 3.5 years out of a $929 vacuum cleaner! Absolutely appalling! Think you’re doing the right thing getting an expensive vacuum and now we are left without one as we can’t afford to buy another!

Great for day to day vacuuming, but still not as good as a barrel vacuum for deep clean – fantastic for hard floors. The power head struggles on high power on carpet and my carpet isn't deep at all. I would say it would be useless on a plush deep pile carpet. Very easy to use, light and manoeuvres well and gets to the edges. My deal was a free bin to empty the vacuum in. I may have chosen a Dyson otherwise.

Love it! – Using it on hard & carpet floors. Has very good pickup. I bought a Dyson 8 & returned it, was not happy with it (previously I had a Dyson 6) love the Samsung’s simplicity

Samsung vs90 – Brought the new Samsung vacuum with clean station. Best thing I've brought EVER. Sounds and feels amazing when in use. Vacuum time last so long. Very happy with it. Will never buy another brand
