end. Now their management team is saying we can't fix it as it has no issue. I'm lodging the fair trading complaint. Also never buy a concierge extended warranty it useless. No wonder why they discontinued this product.

Great until it died after just 2 years – After 2 years and 3 months of trouble free use my Samsung 75 inch tv died.black screen no sound no access to settings.went to point of purchase and found I had just 1 yr warranty.pretty disappointed that such an expensive(for me)TV, would last only 2years .when I save enough for another tv I doubt I will be buying Samsung.im am sure they are a great brand,I was just unlucky.I wont be testing my luck twice on them. Show details

Smart TV not so smart – Good points are the picture is very clear & bright, the sound is not tinny & overall its a pretty good TV for the price. is working fine with our router (iPhone/laptops/PC). Sometimes I have to wait days till the TV accepts the WIFI settings & occasionally I have had to reboot the TV & bring it back to like brand new then I have to reenter details yet again.

No wonder it’s been discontinued!

Love Love love it! – This is the first time we have 55' sized smart TV. We all love it! It's like having mini theatre at home. the picture is so sharp, the sound quality is awesome. We don't need a pay TV, anymore, this TV has it all, for free. I love the slim design, so it saves spaces in the house.
