Can’t use apple iPods to listen to tv – I stay up later than my partner, to avoid disrupting their sleep, I use my iPod pros’s to connect to my Samsung tv, the link works for 3 or 4 seconds before defaulting to the tv speaker. I have tried to to send sound through my iPod pros for an hour or two, it works for 3 or 4 seconds and then reverts to the tv speaker. I am beginning to hate… Read more
SAMSUNG - it feels like if it’s not Samsung phone users, then you can’t use your apple iPods to hear,so rearranges two words with three “F’s” off.

physically saw how bad gaming is on this TV, in particular, the worst ghosting you'll ever see, not to mention banding, blooming, bad motion judder. When the Samsung VOC Team contacted me, the 'report' had been manipulated and they stated that my 'TV was working to specification' which is not what happened. The most shocking bit (and I cannot even make this up), was that the Samsung team member said 'maybe the TV isn't powerful enough' about a 2 year old game, on their 'flagship' 4K model??? (which is actually less powerful than last year's Q90R). They then said no further action will be taken. I responded with 'if my TV is working to specification, why am I experiencing the issues which you stated prior to my TV is working to specification' he literally had no answer and said I can escalate further if I wish, I then said 'so I have to start all over again' to which he responded 'pretty much' (again, I cannot even make this up). Infact, the technician himself said 'they're all like that' when I initially was going to request a replacement (but then requested a refund). I also have very clear video evidence of the issue it's doing. This TV is only good for watching TV and Netflix. Don't bother with gaming, sport or YouTube OR, disable all it's features to enjoy a very basic gaming experience. Attached screenshots below of COD Modern Warfare (released 2019), on Xbox One X running in Game Mode ie a feature on the TV that isn't working to specification.
I'm still escalating this for the refund and will never buy another Samsung TV again after this is all over.
