Waste of Money! – Our TV is less than 4 years old and has had little use as it is used as our home theatre TV and used maybe 1 to 2 hours per week. It failed a week ago. The service repair man who came out indicated the main board had failed and a replacement was $800 plus labour. He indicated Samsung TVs where his primary source of work and seemed to be designed to fail within the 1 - 4 year mark and in most cases just after the warranty period had passed. What a joke for an expensive TV to fail so soon in this age of sustainability. If I choose not to repair this TV it ends up at the tip! Seriously companies talk about being green and sustainable and then they make products that fail so miserably in a short period of time. My previous HiSense lasted well over 10 years. I won't be buying a Samsung product ever again!

A lovely TV! Completely satisfied – I purchased this TV from JB HI-FI at Carseldine and we just love it! Picture quality is great, especially with Bluray disc, and it is a class above our old set. Did some research before we purchased it and it represented value for money and incredible quality for the price. We got the 65cm so it is a big TV and we now have that cinema quality feel to our viewing experience. Stan, Netflix is good and the we get YouTube very well too and all the "smart" systems seem to work easily and well. Bluetooth has been faultless and seems to have no problem with WiFi as well. If you are after a good TV, this could suit your needs. When you set it up, just use the factory settings as they work great out of the box. Easy to set up and use. Totally recommended!

Great TV – First point - It also has not been discontinued yet (at the time of writing). The NU is the 2018 series but as at January 2019 - the next series has not been released. It will no doubt soon be replaced. . Back to the review - great product. Easy to set up. Easy to connect to your other Samsung devises like the 4K DVD player and Samsung sound bar.

Apps load fast. Streaming/Wifi is good. Remote is good with neat features. Although you can use the main TV remote for DVDs - there are more options in using the DVD remote.

I purchased mine on sale at JB HiFi just prior to Xmas for $1895.

Brilliant TV – Just purchased the Samsung 65" Flat screen TV, this is the best TV I've ever owned, easy to set up and easy to use, stunning picture quality and if you have a question there is 24/7 support at the end of the phone. Simply brilliant!
