Do our almost $1000 machine has broken after 3 and half years amd Samsung won't repair it absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy their products. It obviously doesn't matter if you spend $200 or $1000 they give you the same warranty now our family have no washing machine until its reviewed. DO NOT BUY!

Had bosch for 15 years worked like donkey and even got good resale value.

Samsung use very smart language and try to escape from fixing the fault.

Bad experience with Samsung washing machine thats cost me $1000. Door seal leaks and and has damaged laminate floor tiles in next room due to flooding. Has contacted Samsung under warranty, replaced door seal but problem remains. Samsung says they can't do anything else. I would stay away from buying a samsung washing machine in future. Poor customer support was disappointing.

those of you who are interested in water and energy efficiency this washing machine is for you! To be honest I've always loved Samsung, everything in my home and computer is Samsung (that I could find). The customer service is premium, if diagnosed they will send a tech out 'free of charge' during the warranty period.

Disappointing – If you are after a large 12kg washing machine then DO NOT purchase this Samsung model. I regrettably paid $1000.00 for this machine on the 9th of February 2023 and in less than 3 months the door seal needs to be replaced already at a cost of $300+. Had I been aware of these wash cycles, I most definitely would NOT have made this purchase as it is not a true 12kg Washing Machine, therefore breaching the ACCC's consumers' rights of product expectations.

As a family of 5 which this machine is recommended for, I was purchasing this product with the expectation of halving my washing load. Instead, I have essentially DOUBLED my washing every week by following the maximum load weight resulting in an increase in electricity and water consumption. Samsung has been contacted and is not interested in any compromise in regard to repair costs. Again, under the Fair Trade Act, the expectation of such an expensive repair bill in just 3 short months is an unfair and unreasonable expectation of a product in this price range.

Save yourself some serious money and just buy a cheaper 6kg washing machine because, at the end of the day, this is all this machine really is. A total waste of money!
