Too Noisy – We bought this fridge through Appliance Online, so far in 2 years we have made 4-5 technical call outs - No results. This fridges is good in all aspect except noise. I cannot believe in today's day an age company like Samsung is making such fridge, the level of its noise is really loud. We have now looking to buy a new one and keep this in our garage.

Won't be buying samsung again! – Started out fine but eventually the fan started getting noisy on the fridge side. Turns out samsung has problems with the thermostat. Constant defrosting only temporarily stops the problem. Really irritating grating sound. Won't purchase samsung product ever again.

Lasted 1 year – We had this fridge for a year and overall were quite happy with it until a week ago when it started tripping our switchboard. Initially we thought it was the baby bottle steriliser then a few days later we heard a pop and the fridge stopped working. Samsung kitchen appliance that has failed us in less than 12 months. Perhaps they best stick to electronics.

terrible fridge – unfortunately our fridge lasted only a few months. it worked fine when all of a sudden food started to spoil and lots of ice formed inside the fridge. it produced loud noises and the fridge also felt hot from the outside. luckily the fridge was still under manufacturers warranty so it was fixed at no cost . the person said it was a one off problem… Read more

and would never happen again but after a short while again, the same thing happened . i thought i was just imagining it so didnt call them. also i was in and out of hospital so couldnt call them. i used to put my food in the freezer do it wouldnt spoil. i finally called the customer service but they were rude, couldnt understand what i was saying and the calls appeared to be outsourced to the phillipines. i called over 20 times , sent 5 emails and faxes. i asked for a refund. its been very stressful and i hope i dont go through this again. terrible fridge! its finish and appearence. looks very modern. good looking interior, good price with cashback giftcard, easy to clean and use makes loud noises, ice forms inside fridge, not reliable, the plastic bottle conpartments fall out easily, does bot cool ec

What a great piece of kit – Fantastic fridge we now know how a fridge should work after 4years of a Simpson fridge that would only cool to 10 degrees.drinks and food are now cold and frozen food in the freezer is frozen.would recommend highly at this price.nice looking and very stylish.steel handles on the door and not plastic what a difference Inexpensive and great looking in any home or office

Lots of Room – We bought this fridge/freezer when our old one could no longer fit all of our groceries. We now struggle to fill it. The only down fall is the fruit/veg section is a tad bit small but overall it has been a great buy thus far. It also looks sleak and modern. The size
