home realised it was the wrong one, we called them and they told us to bring it straight back, being very apologetic they realised they had none in stock and told us that a near by store (20 mins away) they had one available the lady said she would personally pick it up for us and have it at the store the next morning, we picked it up that morning. This was perfect customer service to us for a mix up with the TV.

Got this at a discounted price - fantastic value – I keep buying Samsung products because they are excellent and they work seamlessly with the other products including the mobile phone which you can use as a remote control. thought of buying separate speakers with Tv inbuilt speakers are awesome. Loving it from the day i bought it.

Huge TV and its great – We love our new Samsung TV! It's so big and the picture is amazing. The TV speakers are great. Having the one box to plug all of your devices in is really handy and easy to use. We have Samsung mobiles and it's very easy (one button) to show a picture or movie from the phone to the TV. Netflix I can't watch 4k stuff because the internet speed is really bad only 6mbps. Other than that this TV is amazing.

Excellent TV ...great value for money – Bought this TV in December 2017. For the premium image quality, I can't justify buying an OLED TV that is almost twice the price. Unfortunately, there are only few HD TV channels. The source should at least be HD to enjoy 4K TV, anything below is irritating. Makes one question if it's even worth buying 4K TV. although I have not experienced it for a while now. It may have been fixed by an upgrade. Wireless internet connection had issues sometimes that I had to reboot the TV to reconnect. I am now using a wired network so no longer a problem except I don't understand why Samsung didn't put the network port in the hub. The concept was that there is only one cable going to the TV and everything goes to the hub. Anyway, small gripe, Samsung could have at least designed it so the network cable is hidden in the stand like they did for the hub cable.

I would highly recommend this TV for it's quality price. I would have given it 4.5 stars but it's not possible :)

The perfect TV! – Crisp and sharp picture quality, excellent size for a family of four, and surprisingly loud and quality built-in speakers which we did not expect! There are also more than enough HDMI, USB ports etc. The remote control is very stylish and sleek and very user friendly. Samsung's smart TV OS has also been extremely smooth for me. Amazing TV – This product is amazing. The quality and products supplied within ensure you will have enough pots for everything. Awesome curved TV – This samsung curved TV has awesome picture quality. It's great for watching movies and it's in-build speaker is quite good that I didn't bother to buy extra speaker. I like their innovative and good looking One Remote Control. You can also hide the wires on TV's stand tidying your TV unit. Good tv, remote control could be better – Overall this is a great tv, picture quality great, sound even better, all the smart tv features work like a charm. Checked out a couple YouTube tutorial videos for optimal settings. The remote control is a bit small, and it doesn’t have the number buttons, so it might take some time for one to get used to. Best TV couple with best remote – Bought this TV during Xmas Sales for $2150, picture quality is superb, sharp, color is nicely balance and no bleeding on the edge like the cheaper brand. Switching on is instant, unlike the hisense before this, took 3s to start before able to watch anything. And the smart remote is impressive, can use voice command, and is able to control my other component like xbox 360, PS3, DVD player and bluray player. one remote does all.  Show details

Good for price – Bought this on sale at the beginning of 2017 for nearly $1500. The image this television produces is jaw-dropping (coming from someone that hasn't ever had a full HDTV before). I love being able to watch Youtube videos and Netflix on this TV without having to connect to a computer first. Haven't had any issues a year on. Highly recommended  Show details

Perfect – I love the quality of the picture. I just cant explain how good it looks. I stare into the tv and just get lost because cant believe how good it looks. The speackers are so good in it as well i can hear everything little thing and so clearly. It has every port as well great for pluging in anything.  Show details

Great TV whilst viewing colour – Everything about the TV is fab, except it's terrible when displaying blacks and greys. Big white splotches appear around the corners of the TV when viewing low light footage or when the black bars appear for certain aspect ratios. To make it viewable I have the brightness set very low, missing out on the vibrant colours seen instore. Very disappointed in what is supposed to be a 'premium' product.  Show details
