Not worth the money – Purchased the heater over 1 month ago as a replacement to an existing fire. Heater fan has not worked at all since the install. Heating less efficient than the replaced version. Uses more wood with less heat. Door retaining bolts came loose which made it difficult to close the door. After sales service/warranty poor. Would not recommend this heater. Try Bunnings.

Has numerous faults with design – The heater heats the area ok with fan running continuously on high.But the design is poor. The Ash accumulates on door and drops when opened. The air knob is too hot to touch without a glove. It has nothing to stop wood moving forward. Have had this in use for a couple of weeks and will be replaced before next season. We replaced our arrow wood heater which was very old and sadly it was definitely better than what we have now!
