stripped. I had to brace the bottom of the legs to give a somewhat stable base. The cross slide is nearly impossible to set up so it works well. My credentials I am a toolmaker and I also have a Batchelor in Mechanical Engineering buy this saw at your own risk. There should be a way to give a negative star rating as this is what this saw deserves. This should not be allowed to be sold in Australia
