Damaging hair – I tried it first on a hair lock - thank god, it totally damaged my hair. Felt like a straw. Didn't change a color at all. I don't recommend this product at all. Avoid it.

Disgusting! Amazing – It worked perfectly on my hair - no green tinge, no dry hair, just a beautiful cool grey/ash blonde - it's not quite like on the box, but I didn't expect it to be. I had blonde foils put in 2 weeks ago with a grey toner, but the toner doesn't last in my hair any longer than a few days and I can't afford to go back to the hairdressers every week - this does exactly the same thing and only costs $5 - love it! Show details

Absolutely Terrible! – My bleached hair turned bright green using the cool grey! It’s terrible!! I’ve washed it twice and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. And it really dries out your hair! Worst product ever!!

WARNING- This Product Stains – After using colour on hair I was left with green stained hair on my highlighted ends which I had to cut off. Terrible product! Misleading and false. Never Again! I have dark coloured hair and bleached highlights and was looking forward to seeing the similar results as the pic on the box. Dissatisfied customer.

Green hair! – Like others this turned my hair blue-green! To get the colour out I washed it with anti-dandruff and clarifying shampoos 4-5 times. Not like the colour before and after on the box – Bleached my hair pale yellow as I want to go silver. The pack shows that yellow hair will turn silver grey. I left it on for maximum time but it only slightly toned away the yellow. Definitely not grey in colour. Misleading.

Terrible, went green – I used the cool grey colour and left it in for the recommended amount of time, then washed it and it turned like a turquoise green, don't think I would buy this product again :(

Awful! – My hair is heavily bleached and I thought i could achieve a grey tone - I used this for half the time it recommended as I was in a rush and ended up with a greenish blue on my ends that literally lasted weeks - it looked horrible and I will never go near this product again!

This was a total waste of money and my time – Extremely disappointed with this product. Did not work on my bleached hair I will not try any more of this products because of the bad result I got with the cool grey

Worked on my ends but not the regrowth!! – I have platinum blonde hair and I did my regrowth and decided to use the cool Grey to do a all over tone, it only did the ends and not my regrowth! Won't blend! The rest I'm happy with but what am I to do with the roots now?!

Cool Grey toner is LIFE – I've tried almost every toner on my blonde hair to get it to a dark chrome colour, and the ONLY product that gives me the desired result is the Cool Grey toner (the silver one is good but better for a clean blonde). It leaves me with a beautiful steel colour that I love. The pastel range is great too, specially the pastel purple
