I have been using Live hair colour for years . Ultra Violet. Unfortunately I have noticed the colour has changed, it's no longer the rich, glossy colour it once was. Now it's a wishy, washy ,dull colour. What happened!!!!! Show details
That’s orange – I have previously used shocking pink on my grey hair, and yes it washes out quickly because grey doesn’t have the same pigment as natural coloured hair. Thinking I’d like a change, I chose rich burgundy. Shock, horror it turned out orange. I had to use Scott Cornwell’s Orange decolour to drop the colour to a washed out looking chestnut. much better, and it will wash out soon. Looking at some of the reviews, I wonder if Schwarzkopf have changed their formula.
Not burgundy it’s orange literally orange I followed the directions to a tee – Omg please do something about this product. It is not rich burgundy I have natural mouse brown hair with no permanent dyes in it. please see the photo it is orange. I can’t understand how it can be orange. Many other people are saying the same thing. I am not loving this colour and I think there is something wrong with this formula. I would not recommend it. Show details
Turned my hair orange – I had pink hair and thought it would be safe enough to put this rich burgundy in it and at worst achieve a light purple, but ideally somewhere within the range of pink/purple/even red. However I did not get this result. After following the instructions exactly my hair came out literally carrot orange. I have attached a picture. Do not buy this unless you want orange hair!!! Rich Burgundy it is NOT! – Rich Burgundy it is NOT. It’s orange since when is Burgundy orange? It’s coloured my lighter hair orange and left the rest of my hair a strange muddy brown colour. This product is not how it used to be. I’ll have to somehow wash it out before I go back to work on Tuesday. Show details
Disappointed – The semi permanent ‘burgundy’ in tube (up to 12 washes) is copper red/ orange and not burgundy. Your 6 to 8 washes product in burgundy was perfect and true to colour but no longer available. Show details
Col our change – I have used rich burgundy color in my hair for as long as I can remember( more than 20 years I would guess ) and never had a problem. Since it has gone to the bigger tubes the color has changed and instead of a lovely rich burgundy, I am left with a horrible orange. I have bought 3 different packets and am very disappointed. Bright clown orange not burgundy – I have dark blonde hair, but my hair came out a hideous unnatural vivid orange. I followed the instructions exactly. The image on the box was a lovely purple burgundy, with no hint of orange tones, so my hands shouldn't have stained orange and neither should my hair. It was so bad, I wouldn't go outside until I had fixed it. I won't be trying any of their other products. Show details
Not burgundy but fire engine red – My hair was light blonde on top and dark blonde underneath. It didn’t touch the dark blonde and my light blonde hair turned fire engine red NOT burgundy at all. Show details
Use 2 packets for longer hair – I have light brown hair with natural blonde highlights and I used the rich burgundy and my hair had no difference apart from a few strands at the front that had a small red tinge when the light caught it. It did not cover my entire hair either with one packet. If you have hair past your shoulders or it is thick, use two or more packets as each pack has very very little product.
Burgundy=pink? – My roots are blonde and very grown out while the rest is a brown. From the very start my roots were pink and after fading for about 3-4 weeks they're STILL pink. I exceeded 8 washes and my hair is still so coloured
