I fairly recently put a SCHWARZKOPF henna and indigo colour in my hair but not sure whether it was "vegetale" as I have thrown that box out. There is a number coming up on the instructions that I kept which is 2905674. I didn't do a good job putting it in my hair so it is mostly in the front on the grey regrowth, so I went to my hairdresser to get a fresh colour and was informed that henna contains metals, and needs to be removed first or it may damage my hair. I didn't state the brand etc. She had told me before I made the booking that she couldn't dye it but could do a tint, then when I went to have it done, I was told I would need something else but it wouldn't cover the grey, only the gold henna etc and if I weanted to cover both I would have to "de-tox my hair". I have just been reading that some colours don't have the added metal salts but also that they could come from contaminated soil and still contain metals. Do I need to "detox my hair" and how do I do that please?

Why have you stopped selling this in supermarkets and chemist. It's so hard to get. It's the only dye that I can use

Please where can I purchase this product in Copper, Light brown or Rustic? I finally found something I can use and you discontinued it. I am allergic to PPD and even natural dyes has this in it. Thank you for your time really appreciated.

I have a hairdresser who won’t put a perm in my hair after I have coloured with this being a plant base product. I have read it’s ok if I leave it for 4 weeks before a perm. Could you please confirm that this is correct. Sharon

Can I use a normal hair color from my hairdresser after using this color. I am worried that the henna will have a adverse affect on my hair?

No, my hair turned dark green when I used the Vegetale dark brown on grey hair that had not been dyed before, and then bright blue when my hairdresser tried to remove or cover it. Do not use this dreadful product.

I have had no problem with using both and have been colouring my hair with other products for years. On my 2nd box of this and have amazing comments about the colour & hair feels so soft. My hair grey but went to a pink during lockdown & now a copper shade
