Completely dissatisfied – Was sold on the brochure as a 'Silent Undermount Rangehood'. When in operation Speed 1, I have had family enter the house through the back door near the kitchen and did not know they were inside, cannot listen to the tv or speak to family. We have stayed in hotel accommodation and I have video of the cheaper rangehood on top speed and it is alot quieter than the one purchased. The retailer is unable to assist as now, the manufacturer has changed their marketing brochures however it was sold to us as a "silent undermount rangehood."

Purchased in at Joyce Mayne for $428.
