Schweigen Silent Wallmount DS3131-R2S (90 cm)

Really loved this product until the blue streamline light aesthetic feature started to fade and fail and when I contacted Schweigen in Dingley, Vic I was able to buy a part to replace it but it arrived without instructions. When I queried how to do it I was told they don’t have any instructions for this model ! The part was therefore useless to me as an electrician would need to be paid and cost more without instructions. If Schweigen don’t know how to replace a part, not too sure how a consumer would. I am in Regional QLD and trades are (a) hard to find and (b) expensive. I was told without instructions it could be expensive. I returned the part and was refunded for the part however the problem was not solved - part of what we liked when selecting the product was the blue light ! If it is going to fail over time and need to be replaced then there needs to be instructions on how to do it.
