Absolutely Fantastic. High Quality. Very Versatile – I've owned my Sedona Dehydrator for many years now. This unit has proved itself to be an absolutely workhorse. More recently we have begun using it more and more, and it hasn't faulted (see comment below re hinges) It works perfectly, and dries everything from herbs to fruit to veggie chips to jerky. I've owned cheaper dehydrators in the past and this surpasses them, hands-down. It is faster and more efficient than other dehydrators I've used.

My only complaints are that this particular model has plastic trays that cannot go through the dishwasher. When making jerky (for example) it sets, hard. I've taken to soaking the trays overnight in the sink before scrubbing to get all of the little bits out.

When drying some herbs, so I find that longer bits can get stuck in the back, behind the grate, but this isn't overly problematic.

We've also found that it has a particular weakness in the hinge area - both the top and bottom hinges in our unit need replacing (I'm currently chasing up sources for these - will update my review when I find some, but as it's a high end product I'm hopeful that replacement parts will be easily accessible). If the Tribest people would like to contact me with parts availability in Australia I'd be most grateful). Despite the hinges being loose, the unit is still functional - but the door is not holding in place properly right now. We're looking forward to repairing it and continuing to enjoy it for years to come.

Wonderful Dehydrator – Love this dehydrator and the service from Raw Blend! It's compact enough to have in the kitchen, has 11 trays so I can do a nice batch of crackers, chips,treats, or fruit leathers. The trays have a great lip for easily achieving an even layer for your living crackers! The fan at the back keeps the air flow even and the sequential temp timer allows me to kickstart the process at slightly higher temp and then bring the temp down to low/raw settings, this ensures a wonderful finished product and keeps the living food aspect and the nutritional potency. I also really love the digital display and timer, it's more precise then other dehydrators I have used. All in all this machine ticks all the boxes well for me. Highly recommend.
