Sennheiser CX 350BT

Who designed these things? – Bought these in early 2022 but I couldn't look at them first as they were sealed in a box. The sound is good, but the design is terrible! The buttons are so small that you need to take them off to use them. And the main battery sits right in the middle, so it's always falling to one side and making the earbuds fall out. I also have a pair of Beats earphones that were cheaper, but perfectly designed. Someone from Sennheiser should go to the shops, buy a pair of Beats and copy them.
