I bought these a few years back and have replaced the orginal pair 5 times with in the warranty period & lucky for me I purchased a extended warranty. Its always the same problem one of the ear buds won't charge its been both left & right not charging each time its a different bud, I went out and bought a bose pair also as I just cant trust that… Read more

they will work on any given day and at least I have a backup for my long train trips. Its a real shame as they do have quailty sound however once they are dead and my warranty runs out I will not be buying another Sennhesier anything!

Utterly disappointing – I bought the item in September 2023, and then the issue started with the Bluetooth connection. After following the troubleshooting instructions, I was unable to reconnect them, and the right earbud died, even after recharging it in the charging box. The left earbud couldn't reconnect and was stuck blinking a red and green light. So, I decided to… Read more

return it. After a few back-and-forth emails and browsing their website, I found out that I could use the 2-year warranty service and ask for a new product. Finally, in July, I received an email stating that I would receive a new product from them. This was after they confirmed receiving my defective item, which I was told to include with a paid return postage packaging (I spent about $22 to send my defective item and include a paid return package to them). After receiving the "new" item, I decided not to open it yet, as I wanted to preserve it, and in the meantime, I used another earphone that never posed any issues to me. Finally, I tried to use it last night, as a family member had borrowed my other earphone. I was utterly surprised when I opened the sealed package (indicating it was a brand new item) and found that the right earphone did not charge (it was basically dead). The left earphone could connect to Bluetooth initially, but when I tried to reconnect it again, the left earphone kept giving instructions to recharge the headset. I decided to turn it off and on, and then it started blinking the same green and red light as the one I sent back previously. I was mesmerised by the realisation that either I had just received my own defective item back, only in a sealed box to pretend it was new, or I have an utter bad luck with this company and this particular product, or that all Sennheiser TW3 earphones in this country are defective, and I was given a totally random item that immediately showed the same issue I had before. Either way, I do not recommend wasting more than $250, including return postages, because the company does not seem to have a proper product to sell.

Sennheiser Monument 3 Wireless earbuds – Long anticipated Sennheiser Monument True Wireless 3 and so disappointing. It lacks everything. ANC is ridiculously bad. I've been using Bose for many years but Bose and all their problems are still worth enduring to get the quality of sound Bose delivers. I even compare the sound quality of Sennheiser with Samsung FE buds and FE actually works… Read more

better in every way. I'm not too disappointed though since I only paid A$94 plus $5 for delivery but I would be really p*ssed off if I had paid anything more than that. Even regret paying $94 but one thing ticked off my list. Tried Sennheiser and didn't like it at all. If you want great sound go for Bose quite comfort. It's etter in every way hands down if you are willing to put up with connectivity issues. Edited after less then a year of use: So, sennheiser momentum 3 finally died but I contacted Sennheiser and they replaced it with a newer momentum for o ly the cost of postage to send the broken one to them. Momentum 4 earbuds are actually really good and so much better than 3. I would have to give Sennheiser 5 stars for their warranty policy in Australia which I can't say for Bose or Samsung.

Hopeless! Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 – I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum 3 for $298 and have only used it eight times. However, the battery now drains within 10 minutes, and I’m hearing a persistent beeping noise from the earbuds. Given that these issues occurred so quickly, I believe I haven’t received my money’s worth from this product. Unfortunately, my warranty with Officeworks… Read more

has expired, but under consumer rights, I shouldn't have to pay for repairs, especially considering the minimal usage. I would appreciate it if Sennheiser could arrange a repair or a full refund. It's unreasonable to expect a customer to bear repair costs for a product that has barely been used. This is also my second time experiencing issues with these earbuds, and I trust you will handle this matter fairly.

Inherent weakness in these earbuds – After about a year the right earbud died (no response). Sent them to Sennheiser for replacement under warranty. Communication with Sennheiser about the progress of the warranty claim was poor. Eventually got replacement earbuds. However, straight out of the box the left earbud was dead. There appears to be an inherent weakness in these earbuds. Show details

They simply don't last. Not good enough for $499 ear phones – Quality of sound was nice. Warm base and good app control including ANC options however that's where it stops. Never could get a good fit with the tips. I've now got a know issue with ANC chirping. I had these earphones for 18 months and they won't replace them. I originally bought them 3 1/2 years ago and replaced due to battery issues. Been a fan boy of Sennheiser for a long time. Time to give Sony WF-1000xM5 a go!! Show details

Premium price for a cheaply made product – After less then 50 uses, the left ear bud wont charge or turn on. Battery level is stuck at 10 percent. Reading through Reddit, its a common problem. The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 should be recalled immediately but instead you got 2 years to make a warranty claim. If your unlucky like me and lost your receipt although you paid $400.00 for them 1 year and 8 months ago, its your tough luck. Wont be buying Sennheiser products again. Show details

Faulty/Bad quality earphones – I had the earphones for 4 months now, got them as a Christmas gift in the white colour. Today after doing a firmware update last week, there is a constant beeping in the right earphone and the quality has dropped. These are $300+ earphones what a load of crap. My $30 soundpeats earphones that are 4 years old have had no issues at all compared to… Read more

these so called professional earphones. Raised to their support they told me to send them to get fixed or return to the store. There's goes weeks of not being able to listen to music on the train. Also what's going to happen after they fix/replace them, give them another 4 months and they will break again, I will have support until the warranty runs out then I'm screwed. What a load of scrap I'll have a set of earphones for a year until the warranty dies then I'll need to fork out another $300. Avoid Sennheiser.

Never ever again! – I'm very disappointed with this company once again. I've been trying to rely on their products, but this might be my last time purchasing something from Sennheiser. Since last year, I've been attempting to achieve smooth sound using my Momentum 3 wireless earbuds for the second time. Bought from Officeworks in Sydney in the silver color, within… Read more

just two months, the noise cancelling stopped working due to an intermittent repetitive noise when I turn it on using the useless SMART app. Even during calls, the same noise persisted, with no microwaves or other electrical interference nearby. Upon returning to Officeworks, the staff were very rude and uncooperative with the return and exchange process. They fed me several lies, claiming that the silver (platinum) color usually comes faulty, and suggested that the black one is of a better quality with no issues. Additionally, they falsely stated that I had to pay a surcharge because the black variant was more expensive due to being part of a recall. Despite this, I ended up not paying anything, and the manager provided me with a new black one, and I left the store. However, after just two months, the same issues resurfaced. This week, I'm sending my second email to Sennheiser to inquire about how to proceed and what is going on with these devices. If no resolution is reached, I will request a refund and purchase products from Sony, Jabra, or Apple instead.

Over Rated – After watching and reading many detailed reviews, I decided to purchase a set of Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 earbuds. Although the sound, features and overall quality is high, in comparison to my sets of Jabra 75 and 85T, Airpods Pro1 and JBL pro + TWS, I find these earbuds to be one of the most uncomfortable earbuds I have ever used, this… Read more

is despite making many adjustments with the various rubber ear tips and wingtips that come supplied. Comfort is extremely important to me, if not the most important consideration and as such I rank the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 last out of all the aforementioned brands I own and use. If you are considering purchasing a new set of premium quality earbuds, I would strongly recommend the Apple Airpods series 1 or 2 or Jabra 75T or 85T.
