Shamrock Roofing

Beggars belief – Hailstorm event has even stunned insurance company querying assessor’s report from Shamrock Roofing. Alarmingly unprofessional inaccurate and needs regulatory accountability.

Replacement of roof – Company trades left bottles on roof which dropped and blocked down pipe. various water leaks and damages happened after they replace roof

Unprofessional and waste of time – Signed contract and handed over thousands of dollars deposit after being told should be only a few weeks to start job. No communication for 51 days(90 day contract), decided to email company for update- waited 10 days without reply before phoning. never heard back.

Received generic email after 76 days from start of contract advising delay, and business would contact us – never happened.

Did not trust their word now, had to wait 90 days for contract to finish otherwise I would forfeit the deposit.

Felt trapped that company would not do job but would lose deposit if I went elsewhere to actually have roof repaired.

Did not seem interested in starting the works or speaking with the customer while holding their money.

Received deposit refund back promptly after sending message when contract expired.

Sent complaint to management shortly after, over month now and no response.

-No communication, $$$ lighter for 90 days, and no new roof

Very disappointed, start again….

Professional – We used shamrock to have our roof tiles replaced with colorbond . What a job !!! Super class , great reliable friendly team

Buyer beware – I hired shamrock to reroof my house. Apprentice-age workers without safety rails or suncare worked unsupervised. The water damage began immediately. The roof looked awful as well. There was no help from shamrock. And they actually abused me with swearing.
