Im so upset its brought this and it gets sand in a small triangle part inside the hand vacume dust cup that isnt mean to get sand in there its meant to be sealed and has 0 way to get it out ive tried calling shark emailing multiple times as this is a problem others have had with this vacume seems im being ignored so customer service is also bad I paid over 400 dollars for it best to avoid this vacume pic attached for reference of where the soil gets stuck with no way to get it out UPDATE 7/42026 after returning this vacume to tbe goodguys I got a new one of the same stick vacume the same thing happened again so I dealt with shark they sent me a shark power detect pro reveal said it was a genuine upgrade well what a joke the stick vacume they sent me was nearly 100 dollars less than I originally paid and its utterly useless doesnt suck up barley a broom would be better i give up im over shark and am going to lodge a formal complaint with the department of fair trading as its a clear down grade of epic failure i will take this as far as I need to shame on you SharkNinja you rip off a customer replace with utter rubbish and call it a upgrade so I will absolutely take it all the way to the top media nobody likes to be completely ripped off people reading this i advise you dont buy either of these vacumes they are fundamentally flawed and useless you will regret buying a shark stick vac

Follow-up  · Yes it affect everything it overheats and shuts off now what type of sand is a silly question I dont have a science lab to find out what type of sand what is how often does this happen its happened again to the replacement model which is the same model so DONT BUY THIS HEAP OF JUNK

Follow-up  · Utterly awful worst company just wrong ripping off pensioners and anyone else who buys the vacumes

Purchased in at Ninja Shark for $400.

Wow! I have been a Dyson fan for a long time but now I have changed my mind. I just recently purchased this shark clean & empty wow! It makes a difference. Order detection hard floater carpet. It's got a built-in light so you can see what's going on. No hair stuck on the roller whatsoever. It automatically empties itself. You don't have to hold the stupid button down like you do with Dyson. And if you want the button run with Dyson, will you pay $1,000 if not more? The only thing I found about this brand what I didn't like is the plastics. Just a little bit cheap but I see great improvement half the price of Dyson so I have to give Dyson the thumbs down especially in their warranty area where this one's gots a lot more. Why is she give it a go? I bought mine on the Black Friday sale so I got it for $357 if you vacuum your house like twice or three times a week, you don't need to empty this bin. Probably once a month. If you're lucky, what saves time swappable battery and very light and quiet
