Chinese made (and Australian designed...). Compared to Australian made neoprene seat covers (which I have on another car), the Sharkskin product is an inferior product. They are a baggy fit for the front seats and are too thick to fit easily between the electric back seats; they jam and stop the seats moving because the sensors detect an… Read more

obstruction. Fitting the front seat base was a nightmare. The cross strap was only just long enough and they didn't stitch the end of one of the straps, which meant the buckle kept falling off while trying to fit. The buckle on the short end strap was so short that you needed a pull string to get it under far enough to be able to clip it together. The lower back of the front seats has no cord/strap to pull it down; there are two sewn loops, but you need to provide your own cord. You have to remove the rear seat base in order to tie the seat cover down properly; there are no instructions on how to do this (saved by YT). It is impossible to fit the lower, rear centre console cover; there isn't enough room to push the cover in. The rear arm-rest is a very poor, sloppy fit and looks terrible. The left and right rear seat backs are mislabelled. The so-called rear-left cover has no relief to feed the rear-centre seat-belt. I thought I had to undo the lower seat-belt mount (TS50 star screw!) before realising the right-rear cover has a zipper to feed the seat-belt through. I wouldn't buy these again and would only recommend if no-one can do any better. My partner's comment after my 3 hours of struggling was that they had lowered the value of the (brand-new) car.

We have had numerous frying pans over many years, some ok, many pretty hopeless, and are concerned about Teflon and other chemicals. Apart from being poisonous, they never last, and always end up scratched no matter how careful you are. A good (expensive) stainless steel pan has been our main choice for a long time, though trying to avoid… Read more ·  1

sticking is almost impossible no matter how hard you try with many foods. So as an early Christmas present, I decided to buy my wife one of these rather expensive Hexclad frying pans. One month in, and I have to say that she literally couldn’t be any happier. Everthing from omelets to chops or steak (and more) cooks so easily, with absolutely NO sticking at all. It’s also a cinch to clean, just detergent and hot water. (They will work on gas, electric and induction.) They do warn about not overheating, and I think that’s likely where some people go wrong- you can wreck almost anything if you get it too hot. It cooks everything beautifully on relatively low heat. Although it’s still early days I suspect it will last very well, and I will almost certainly be buying at least one more, (a LARGER frying pan- 30cm) despite the high price. I’ll update here if we have any change of heart. (We already have very good stainless steel pots and pans so don’t need any more.)
