Sheridan Apsley 300TC Sheet Set

Awful sheets very rough – I have always been a big sheridan fan. Their products have always outlasted anything else in the linen cupboard. Over the past few years I have purchased from the sheridan outlet and everything has been a bit dissapointing. After speaking with customer care today (who were very informative and friendly) I understand that the products coming out of the outlets are not the same quality products you purchase from a store. The Sheridan Apsley 300Tc Sheet Set are an example of this substandard quality. They are sooo rough. They really don't feel like soft cotton they truly feel awful - hessian is too strong a description but you get the drift. I understand from their helpdesk I have not been washing them in their recommended eucalyptus wash and spinning them too fast however just changing these 2 things would not turn a pigs ear into a silk purse they are still awful. I do not recommend the Sheridan Apsley 300Tc Sheet Set. Sorry sheridan - I suggest you discontinue this product they are damaging your brand.
