Shop Pay

Absolutely useless, they let scammers infiltrate their app through impersonating companies and customer service won't take responsibility, their messaging system is cleverly programed to fob you off and they couldn't care less when reporting the fact.

'apparently' processed both orders first thing the next day and therefore it is unlikely to get requested refund from second order. Lesson learned : DON"T USE SHOP PAY. Only use trusted pay companies like ZipPay, AfterPay, or PayPal. For example. At least those companies will fight for their clients, Shop Pay is a cowardly company that lets merchants fraudulently take clients money.

Pay wants to be trusted, they need to take responsibility for who they process payments for, vet sellers before onboarding, and swiftly remove any merchant found to be defrauding customers. Until then, I would strongly advise against using Shop Pay.

Such a scam used it to check out an item from a site 2 days later the shop is gone, no support to recover money spent have to contact my bank to see if they can try and recover it, quick checkout quick to save and take your details quick to hand over your money to any seller that signs up but no assistance on getting it back even tho they assisted the scam store take your money.

Cant figure out how to get rid of this highly invasive scam. It takes over your on line shopping and basically locks out all your other payment methods trying to force you to use it.

I hate that you can't leave messages for delivery like you can when you purchase something without using them, you should have a choice

Still so annoying and I will NEVER use it!!! Cant stand it. Now it continuously stalks and harasses me as soon as I have to give the site I am on by details. At no time do I say I want to use Shop Pay yet it continuously gets in the way of what I am doing with pop ups. Its so pushy, even as we speak now I am getting alerts on my phone trying to get me to use a code, over and over again

Excellent – I’ve never had a problem with Shop Pay for me I love using them.Every thing I’ve ordered through shop pay has been delivered and I am happy.If I see somewhere has Shop Pay as a payment option I use it.

Total scam – Vendors on shop pay take your money and never deliver the product.

Thieves – Took money without my authorisation. How is this legal. Do not buy from suppliers who use this "service""

Pathetic useless system – Absolutely shocking service, you can tell this is a cheap bottom of the barrel system! I asked for shipping to be included and put my address in, got told it was free, but then got told by the trader that shipping is not for free, it was extra! Even when I got an updated invoice, the invoice still said shipping was free and I had to pick up the item from the store!!!

Please don't use Shop Pay – I used Shop Pay once and did not allow it save by credit card details. Yesterday it popped us as seeming the only means of paying for on-line shopping - my card details were pre-populated (WTH) - I did not authorise the transaction - Later found it had processed the transaction - TWICE - Had a hard time cancelling my account, its deceptive and misleading Avoid being conned - don't use it!! Show details
