Love the extra drawer – We installed this dishwasher when we renovated our kitchen and bought this dishwasher from E&S. We have a great warranty and haven't had any issues at all. The dishwasher is relatively quiet when it's running and has a range of cycles, which is really useful. Extremely disappointed – Purchased an iq500 from Mr Dishwasher in St Peters, SA. Model doesn't match this exactly but is the "SA" version - touch button display. Had it 3 weeks, stopped working. work. Now needs to replace the main board! Yes, it's a quiet machine, washes well and we like the cutlery rack at the top, but the electronics in these should be much more reliable than this. Would be nice if it dried the dishes too. We had a Chinese brand for 10 years, at half the price of this one and it dried better than this. Also annoying that the machine turns on so easily, by just brushing it with one's clothes while standing at the benchtop. From our experiences I certainly wouldn't recommend this brand.

Fantastic product and excellent value for money – An excellent equipment at home. The quality of wash is outstanding. A must buy for every house. After sales service to be seen later but so far so good. It is really well made and cleans the utensils well. Multiple place setting and function selection are handy and it is simple to use. Excellent product – Cleans perfectly, have had it for a few months and hasnt had one dish come out needing another clean. SUPER quiet, barely even know its on. Love it! – Incredibly quiet, the cutlery drawer is excellent, and the auto cycle is at least 99% reliable. This replaced my faithful Miele G638 plus, and while it's not quite the same quality, it's German made, amazingly good value, and has a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!! Just buy it. Cleans and dries well every time – I have been using this for just over 3 months now and never had a problem with anything being not clean after each wash. perfect for us in that it has just enough options for us to control the water temperature and power and if you just want to do a quick rinse. Very simple to use without too much messing about with unnecessary functions. Another great feature is that it also dries very well. Not sure if it's because it comes out very hot but even after we take the dishes out right after a wash, it is almost dried and you just need a little wipe to fully dry it. We got this product at a pretty low price, maybe because it was an old model which we didn't know much about. But from the price of this compared to other high end dish washers that sales people were trying to get us to buy (some almost doubled the price), we are glad we didn't wasted extra money on the others. Considering it's made in Germany, we are confident it would last for a while. I would recommend this if you. An get it at a good price.

these are simple and reliable and we preferred that to machines with brushless motors and associated electronics.

The only feature missing is an indication of when the cycle is finished, it just quietly switches itself off. We would prefer a noise so that we could open it up and let things dry better whilst still hot. The rinse aid container is a little difficult to fill without spilling the liquid.

Our preferred supplier is Mr Dishwasher because it is their main business. We inspected the unit there, went away and checked prices online, their price was competitive and we received a bonus of almost $100 worth of washing products.

Installation was prompt and efficient.

So far we are happy with it, if it runs for 20 years we would be happy to buy another Siemens product.

If it has since been discontinued it is of no concern to us.
