Awful stuff – Wow! does not come off, and it stung the crap out of my eyes. They still feel irritated and that was an hour ago. Gentle I think not. And my skin is not sensitive at all. Last time I use any of their stuff

Stings eyes – Used three times now and ended up with stinging watery eyes. Even washed with water straight after applying and still the same... so much for sensitive..better to go back to baby wipes!

Terrible – I found this eye makeup remover to be useless, it does not remove my non waterproof eye makeup (concealer, eyeshadow ect), let alone my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. waterproof eye makeup. In future I would buy an oil based or emulsified eye makeup remover. Doesn't sting eyes or irritate skin. Doesn't remove eye makeup, bottle design releases too much product when using it.
