I have an Ezyset Simpson dishwasher 52B850 Model purchased in 2006, I just love it so sad that these have been discontinued. The knob when we put it on the Cycle stops several times through the Cycle. Once it stops mid cycle we just click the knob and it begins again. Am I able to get parts to fix this. If so where and how? We have purchased two Simpson dishwashers and we have loved them both for all their hard work. So sad to see them discontinued. Jeanette Perth WA

Our Eziset dishwasher knob keeps coming off its spindle, how do you repair this or is it better to try and buy a new one? Simon

Hi Elaine, I`m afraid the print can rub off easy if you have rough hands like myself, so maybe the previous owner had the same problem. What we have done is etch the settings onto the control or order a new control from the suppliers, they are easy to fit, simply one screw. Glenn

Hi Barb In answer to your question , there is two options , one ,buy a new timer knob ,two ,do what we have done ,etch new marks on the timer knob in exactly where the mark are. The problem is the marks are stamped on the plastic knob & wear off with handling . Twenty years is fairly good, ours is only eight years old & we decided to etch the marks on it. The top basket rollers keep falling out of the rail at the back of the basket. The rail support roller assemblies have a lot of play in them, so I'm not sure if I should replace the support roller assemblies or the basket rollers. Any advice?
Hi KAREN , It is hard to say without seeing pictures of the problem but it seems as if the rail support rollers are getting very tired ,I would be looking for a technician firstly to have a look ..Glenn..

Hi there Brenda ,sorry about this ,I did send a message on the end of Feb ,it obviously didnot go thru, it is possible to get it a part but very tricky suggestion ,safer way would be to flush if with CLR if not satisfied ,repeat it. I know dishwashers can be filthy things sometimes ,maybe flush it once a week with CLR on the rinse cycle. Hope that is a help Brenda. Regards Glenn..

Sorry for the delay, dimensions for the Simpson dishwasher are as follows 600 W X 600 D X 835 H ..
My Simpson 850 Eziset dishwasher is flooding on the floor of the machine and doesn't seem to drain out. We have regularly kept this clean and not sure what to do. How can I flush this out or what do you suggest please
