Dissapointed with this Sirius unit - was supposed to be top of range but was never impresed with it. Was less impressed when the motor got so loud it was nearly unusable with a high pitch screeching sound after 6 years of operation, the warranty says 10 years for motor but the service provider would only cover a 6 year period. Won't be buying another appliance from this manufacturer.

 Follow-up  · Follow up - after much back and forth the company agreed that the issue was the motor and honoured the 10 year guarantee by replacing the motor unit.
