They are NOT a great company. Unable to cancel orders and not helpful at all. Been waiting since September for an order I had placed. Still waiting 4 months later for a refund. Number emails sent and no response or refund!!!
I found Sistaco on fbook & thought, ohhh another nail company. I thought I’d have a look anyway. The other reviews were amazing so I made an order just to give it a go. WOW !! It’s so easy, and the colours….omg, the colours !! I love it !! The only problem is….it’s addictive, so be careful….

Sistaco mineral bond nail system is by far the best system I have used. So super easy to apply & also remover. I personally get 2 weeks at least wear out of one application. There is also a great Facebook site with all the hints & tricks as well as some great examples of the products. Using this product it works out to be about $2 per manicure. I’m so hooked on this product & you will be too.
Sugarplum nail powder in the classic application. I wasnt sure about the colour as its not one that i would wear but its growing on me. colours to choose from you'll never be disappointed, especially when you can mix colours and come up with your own creation. This is my 3rd year with Sistaco and this system is so good, and I enjoy doing my nails so much. My mani's last up to 4weeks with each application. But you can change it whenever you like with the removers they have. Dont sit on the fence wondering, come on board and enjoy the best nail system out there, you wont regret it. Everyone complements me on my nails, its great to know that you achieved the look yourself, uplifts you. The Sistaco family is always there to answer any questions and give you help if needed.
I’ve used Sistaco for three months now and I’m so pleased with the results; I now have strong, beautiful nails. So far I’ve tried Classic, Metallic and Holographic powders - each one was so easy to apply and once the capping technique was mastered, lasted well. the next colour! My next challenge is to apply an ombré or to mix my own colour. Sistaco is more a hobby than just “getting your nails done”. The large range of colours make it quite addictive, but I’m really enjoying it! No going back to expensive salons for me!
Listen to customers and make changes – Sistaco use Aramex for delivery. This company is hopeless. Complaints have been put into Sistaco about Aramex and have requested they send parcels via Australia Post who have a better tracking service, and much faster delivery. Sadly, Sistaco have ignored this and continue to use a poor service company who do not deliver on time as they state. Many customers expereince shocking service from Aramex. Stop using them they are hoplessly shocking!!!
