Worse company ever never refund the money – I booked the trip before coronavirus and my flight got cancelled and I don’t have their direct phone number. I got the email from them saying that Thai airline refund the money plz send the account details so we can refund the money. Till today I never got my money.

Follow up on last review – I since have phone contact with them and a email saying they are refunding our money that was 3 weeks ago still waiting on the refund . But at least I have a direct line now to use and yes it works once the transaction is complete and we do see our money I will give another update Show details

months ago , yet they have only responded to my email last in October 21st saying that my refund is submitted to their finance department and will be processed within 10-15 business days .

I had received a similar email in September end too - saying my refund is with their finance department .

I am still waiting for my refund for a flight that was cancelled in May !

Lacks quality customer services – UPDATED: After seeking further information at now the 16 week mark I have followed up the delay direct with Singapore Airlines providing them with the last contact I had with Skiddoo (10 weeks). As per the attached email Skiddoo received my refund on July 8th,yet I have not received the payment to date. I will be taking this to QCAT now and will be seeking the additional legal fees and interest.

Skiddoo not paying me back – I cancelled my husband and my tickets due to covid19. With confirmation from skiddoo in an email. an email to Skiddoo at the beginning of April 2020, and politely asked what are my options, seeing my flights been cancelled by the airline. I noted on the Skiddoo website, that they were flat out helping other clients on more urgent matters......fair enough! Well sure enough, a couple of weeks later, Skiddoo contacted me and laid out my options and conditions. They were to waive their rebooking fees, and the airlines' fees, and give a travel voucher to the same value. This is SO fair and ethical. I am truly disheartened but the negative reviews given by others clients. All I can say is that my own experience, has been excellent, considering the mayhem caused to the travel industry by Covid 19, and that Skiddoo has remained polite and very fair and ethical throughout.

Another great Aussie company....we should support them.

I just received my full refund from British Airways (airfare), through Skiddoo 30th July 2020. Without fanfare or fuss, my credit card provider informed me of activity on my card and advised me to check.......it was a credit of $2328 AUD, which is what I paid, for two return economy seats to Heathrow.

Patience people!!

emailed them back and forth and they always responded to my emails within a few days. The last time I emailed Skiddoo was in June asking about my refund process. Then, I got my email about my refund process was in a queue from 8-15 weeks on 27 of June. Today, I was surprised they refunded all the money to me without any email notice or so. I'm really happy and I guess it will happen to everyone else, just give them some times. I at first, didn't believe the positive comments on here about the refund too until I have received it myself and I want to make a comment to reassure everyone else as well. Good luck to everyone!

Skiddoo- Swallowed my money – Me and my wife got tickets booked for travel to New Delhi and were issued two tickets of Thai Airways by Skiddoo. However due to COVID 19 restrictions we requested for cancellation and sought refund. refunded my fare as they also share the mistake along with Skiddoo but Skiddoo never refunded anything back to me. At fair trading also they won the case because they presented an eticket (different than what they sent to me) which states that the flight has two stop overs in china. I'm a frequent traveler and never seen company like this who takes the refund from airline and never pass it to the customer even though it is their mistake which costed me double the actual fare for the flight I booked for another airline.

credit. I have tried to get in contact SO many times and have not received any emails, contact or support regarding the flight credit. I have emailed countless times now of the whereabouts of my credit and now so furious with receiving zero contact that I've emailed a handful of times asking for a full refund. This is an absolute joke of a company. I'm aware the pandemic has caused delays but surely not over a years worth of delays? I have been extremely patient but now I'm completely sick of this. This company has STOLEN over $2000 from me and won't offer any kind of support or assistance in my complains.

Finally I received my refund!! – My flight for May 2020 was cancelled due covid-19, I never accepted credit, I went twice to Sydney office, I never gave up, I sent 3 emails a week and no one reply for months, finally I received a response to tell me that in 3 to 4 weeks I would receive my funds back, FINALLY I GOT IT!! keep trying everyday
