Complete lack of customer service

Have been constantly emailing them trying to use my flight credit before it expires and have no had a response in a year so far, terrible service, would never ever ever use them again even once everything becomes normal again

I have booked my flights with this company for $3800 in 2020 and it was cancelled due to COVID19 still waiting for refund and no response from them at all

I booked flights with Skiddoo for travel April 2020, $8,000 for a family of 7. The flights were cancelled by the airline due to covid-19. Was told I could get a voucher or a refund, I asked for a refund. 22 months later, no refund, no reply to emails. Please never book with Skiddoo, save your money. I will always book direct with airline in the future.

My refund confirmation was received 2 years ago fr skiddoo for flights that they cancelled still have not received it yet. multiple complaints lodged to NSW Fair trading now they finally asked me to take legal advice as they believe they cant push them any further.. stay away they like defrauding everyone and cut their loses

After our holiday was cancelled due to COVID I was promised a refund in 2-4 months. After this time elapsed, I needed to follow them up to ask again where my refund is to which they replied it may be another 12 months! I have since left multiple follow ups and not one response. Shocking service from a shocking company. Do not book through Skiddoo!

USE CREDIT IMPOSSIBLE

I booked for travel in April and when Covid hit it was cancelled and they wanted to charge me an extra fee with their company and said Thai Airways wanted the amount contacted Thai Airways and not the case .... in Skiddoo pocket. They changed then offered me a credit without charge ... trying to book for April 2022 and 3 mails later no contact .

CAN NOT fault our experience with SKIDDOO.

We booked through Skiddoo 2019 to fly Singapore Aiirlines to Europe in June 2020 .Covid hit ... We kept regular contact with Skiddoo with returned polite informative emails back from them. We asked them to hold our fares for when we could travel again but then going into 2021.. It wasnt happening. We received all our airfares minus $100 fees back into our bank account when we requested our refund . Will definately book with Skiddoo again. Kay and Colin Pegler

Absolute joke of a Travel Agency, they never come back to you in regards to anything that is not in their own interest. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone ever.

Finally I received my refund!!

My flight for May 2020 was cancelled due covid-19, I never accepted credit, I went twice to Sydney office, I never gave up, I sent 3 emails a week and no one reply for months, finally I received a response to tell me that in 3 to 4 weeks I would receive my funds back, FINALLY I GOT IT!! keep trying everyday

A disgraceful company. Singapore airlines refunded me in July 2020 via Skiddoo. Skiddoo never passed bit on. Un-contactable. Constant emails etc etc. Singapore airlines don't act either. Very very disappointed.
Don't know what else to try!!

I have emailed Skiddoo regarding a cancelled flight refund from March 2020, at least 4 times now, and have not received a single response. My flight was cancelled due to COVID and I was forced to book a new flight last minute.
