Skin O2 policies on refunds are disgraceful – Placed an order $180.00 on June 10th was told parcel out for delivery June 20th, have been told every day since it will be with me by close of business that day.. it’s now July 3rd and apparently until courier company admit it is a lost parcel Skin O2 will not refund me
