Delayed order. Many excuses I cancelled my subscription due to late delivery or previous order. They still chargede and still didn't send my order. Many emails with no response. Order arrived 3 months later missing items and damaged other items. When emailed just got a basic "following up with dispatch" respond Now 6 months later and still not resolved. Taken my money and not delivered all items
Avoid at all costs, it's a scam website, they take your money, never deliver and never respond to emails. They're heavily active on social media websites all stating they are based in Australia when they are nothing but scammers in the UK.

Repeated Delays with No Resolution: • On December 12, I was informed that my order (#3676) was delayed because one of the items was out of stock, and I was assured it would be restocked “by next week.” • On December 23, I followed up and received the exact same response, claiming it would be restocked “by the end of next week.” This showed a lack of effort to resolve the issue or provide accurate updates. • Even after pointing out the repeated responses, I was given no clear answers about when my order would be shipped. 2. Vague and Inconsistent Communication: • I reached out multiple times in December and January for updates, only to receive generic responses about a “backlog of orders” without any firm timelines. 3. Failure to Deliver or Refund: • Despite sending a formal email on January 8, 2025, requesting either a shipping date or a refund within 48 hours, the company has failed to act or respond appropriately. 4. Poor Customer Service: • The repeated lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-through from their team has been incredibly frustrating.
It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I am still left without the product I paid for or a resolution to the issue. I feel compelled to share my experience publicly to warn others about the poor service and lack of accountability from Skull Crusher Coffee.
If the company cannot fulfill orders, they should not accept payments or make false promises to customers. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
