Skyline Roof Restorations

Lie after lie after lie. Half finished job, lazy, painted over broken tiles and leaves in the gutters. Nothing but excuses and given a month of chances to come and rectify. Same experience as below, half assed job with pressure to pay deposit then full amount. Never showed up to do rest despite multiple fake bookings and lying straight to me that they were driving to my house. Fraudulently provided a receipt pretending to have refunded me. Super weird and innappropriate messages from the owner [Name Removed] including photos of his rashes and personal family drama as excuses for no shows. I'm now taking them to court. Never. Never. Never use these crooks. 6900 stolen from me by this company.

Do I feel like I have been scammed... absolutley. I had a leak in a valley on my concrete tile roof. Skyline quoted on the repair but also suggested a complete roof restoration that would also fix the leaking problem. I aggreed to the restoration ( $7500.00 ) but emphasising the need to repair the leak and stop the water ingress. I was ok with an "ugly duckling" roof as long as it was sealed. They swiftly started the renovation and i was initially impressed with how things were progressing. Payment was made on completion althought gutters werent painted and the job looked "unfinished" because of this. Two days later it rained overnight and the plastic sheet covering plaster prep work inside agained filled with water from the same leak I paid skyline to fix. Despite being part of the scope of work i had to clean the outside of the gutters left in a dirty and untidy state and ponder what else on the original scope that was quoted was left undone? Other trades required for the repair, plasterers & electrician , all had to be pushed back waiting for the rectification work from Skyline. I contacted Skyline ( [Name Removed]l ) by phone and texts to advise the roof was still leaking. They promised over and over and over they would come out to rectify the problem but no sign of anybody and communications quickly stopped and I have heard nothing. I even arranged to be home from work on two of the days i was advised they would attend. Contacted , by mail,Skyline ( [Name Removed] ) and the "team" [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] to request a refund but i am getting nothing but crickets. With the need to seal my roof and progress my internal repairs i am now forced to get quotes from other roofing companies to fix my leaking roof. I recommend , based on my experence, in the strongest possible, way to avoid this company and save yourself a large head ache of having to find another roofing company to fix what Skyline promises they would do but fails to deliver.
