Great service – We have used smart-safe for almost five years. Great communication and their work is always completed to the highest standard.

Unprofessional and money taker – Terrible terrible terrible, do not use this service. They are greedy and very unprofessional My property owner hired them in Marayong to change a electrical switch. Their appointment time was 2 pm, I was at my job, they called me 2 hour earlier that they are coming early 12 pm, I replied some body should be home. My family was not home and it took them 10 to 15 minutes to reach home and open the doors but their technicians got enough work to do outside the home and he was doing it. Later on they charged owner extra money by saying Tenant was not in home and was lying about his location they waited 15 mins. What a ridiculous and un honest people they are , I want to ask this crap company owner that they came 12 pm i was just helping them to finish their job and if I replied them that come at 2 pm and no body at home then what they was going to do 2 hours there? This is not a human and tradie behaviour at all.

Fantastic fast service – I contacted Smart-Safe this morning and by the afternoon my four old ceiling fans were removed and replaced. Trades men provided excellent and professional service, cleaned up before they left and took old fans away. Very happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend Smart- Safe. .

Highly recommended electrical service – Daniel and his team of electricians turn up on time and provide an excellent professional service for all your electrical needs, at very reasonable prices. We have used Smart-Safe on several occasions and have always been 100% happy with their work and the guys are a pleasure to have in the house. Highly recommended.
