Hi Smeg, I have a DWA314SDI dishwasher which starts fine on ECO cycle then after a short period of time 2 minutes??? it defaults to a different program HOT cycle and stays on soak? I have reset it a couple of timers to no avail. Warren

Hi my dishwasher didn't drain. So we turned off and on and then it drained. Then the program lights 1 flashes and program 4 light stays on. Sounds like the program is running but no water is running through. We cannot reset it and it beeps. We have turned off at the power but still stays on the same lights etc

Hi, the lower orbital arm has come off and i cannot reattach it to the lower arm. do i need to replace both arms or just the orbital arm Thanks

My program starts, then stops before the water heats up . Turned off at powerpoint, then a hour later i changed programs and it worked. Now trying my regular program again 65 C and started and then halts (water coming in sounds odd). How to reset program?? Many thanks in advance Kim

SMEG DWA314SD1 will not turn on - no lights at all on the display. What could be wrong? I have checked the power point by testing with a light and it appears to be working. Could there be a simple fuse or circuit breaker somewhere that could be reset? It is almost 6 years old since the previous owner of the house purchased it.

Sounds like pump is running but not water going into machine ? Does not turn off when foot is opened either Thankyou

I have DWA314SD1 the red light indicator for water hardness is on and the program light is on but it won’t start it’s cycle.

I’ve tried turning on and off etc. there is a little water left in the catchment area so not sure If it malfunctioned before finishing the last cycle, any help?

Hi Alex it could be a blockage in the drain pump, please call Smeg service on 02 8667 4833 to arrange for a technician to look at your dishwasher.
