Smith + Nobel 25L Air Fryer Oven IA3925

OK For Price – Works well for price tho cleaning is an issue -being so small the walls get pretty grotty very quickly. Also first oven tray I have ever seen that rusts - with normal use.

Love my air fryer – Ive had this air fryer for over 4 years now and its the best one and has been through a lot over 5 years and now just pulled it out of the cupboard again to be used (I rent and the oven has pooped itself so dont know if owners will replace or not). I do everything from frozen chips to full roast lamb's in it and always comes out perfect. I do however need a bigger as I have a large family but it works just as good.

(This review has just been updated 22/02/2023 refer to the bottom ) It works really well but I have concerns – Product works really well my major concern is regarding after only 3 uses the side panel began to buckle from what I can only assume is the extreme heat perhaps a manufacturer flaw. I’ve requested a call back on the 3/2/2023 from Harris scarfe still no reply as of yet. It looks like the product has been dropped this is definitely not the case product was delivered well packaged, undamaged and did not buckle until it’s third use refer to photos of buckle attached.

23/02/2023 Very annoyed I received an email from Harris scarfe in regards to refund/replacement. I have three option return instore for refund which is $149 since bought on sale now selling at $240 or replacement of which the closest store with stock is 20km away 40km round trip.

My closest store has no stock and I won’t be able to buy anything comparable with this product for that money of $149. They won’t transfer stock between stores.

If I drive the 40km to swap for another one with store that has stock it can be done instantly. But if I go to the store that has no stock it has to be sent away for 3-4weeks for assessment under warranty and then await delivery of replacement.

So no matter how you look at it as the consumer I’m given the run around for a product that was only bought 4 weeks ago.

My advice to anyone reading this is spend the extra $200-300 and buy something else and don’t buy any electrical goods from Harris scarfe has they have terrible after sales support.

Great product – Works great as air fryer oven or grill . As most large ovens don't really grill found this great for that . love the airfryer basket so much better than the regular air fryers . It baked ,grills roasts and Fry's even has a toast setting
