unbranded product and decided to purchase this unit . It is unfortunate to note that both the SMITH & NOBEL brand and Harris Scarfe have failed to live up to customers' expectations and being a loyal customer of HS I am really disappointed on customer service

Exploded oven – Purchased Smith and noble 34 ltr convection oven on 11/11/2022. While using for the 4th time to cook potato chips front glass door exploded and spread glass all over the kitchen. Lucky for me I wasn't standing near oven. Will be chasing a full refund from supplier . Luck not to be injured.
