I received this product as a gift and while this was recent I was very impressed with all the options. Value for money yes. The best part is you get a manual, a paper document. I am so over wading through all the sales hype, codes, security codes and more ads and still not able to get the information I need. AI chat useless, and I still am unable to sort the device out. The Smith an Noble infomation is absolutely amazing thankyou. Show details
The top piece of the internal stem broke the very first time I used it, shredding very cold butter. (I had just cut it with a knife down to smaller chunks). I don't think it lasted 30 seconds. It was a gift, so I don't have proof of purchase but the first photo was to show the gift giver that I had just washed it all and was going to be using it for the first time. Show details
Great machine awesome price – Make sure you put the attatchments on the correct way! Great product but it won’t click in properly if you don’t have them around the right way so the arrows match up - seen a few people saying it’s not working this is probably why. Simple fix! Show details
Rubbish don’t waste your money – Doesn’t work and if you need help they charge you $2 to help after spending $200 what a joke SO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUY A BWTTWR QUALITY BRAND Show details
Best value All in one Food Processor IA0240 – Bought this yesterday and impressed by how sturdy the Food Processor base when using it. The inaugural use was a Chocolate tart and the pastry base was ready for baking to perfection! Can't wait to use it to bake sticky date pudding. Probably would've bought it a full price, but Harris Scarfe was the best retailer that had it on sale. The only one I can critique is that it's only 1 year warranty, which is most appliance nowadays.
Too much noisy – Not happy with this food processor is too much noise and can't to proper slice or dice. Never recommend, if I'm able to return it then definitely I'll return it. Show details
Disappointed – Have hardly used yet to explore, we bought this and hardly used , today while blending the glass jar cracked , never had that one sauce with Ninja (disappointed), now is it possible to get a replacement jar? Lesson learnt no more hot stuff in it Show details
Faulty items and worst behavior – Tried more than two months to resolve the issue with faulty products bought online and asked to return as no replacement on my expense. Very rude behavior by staff with no attitude to resolve the issue. Can't trust this company. Show details
Great but not great – We just purchased this after one we have had for 6 years finally broke. Yesterday I made pesto in the grinder. Works very well. Today I grated a heap of vegies. While the grate disc is really good and gives a great size to the grated product, I’m really shocked at the gap between the edge of the bowl to the size of the disc. Once the item slips… Read more
down below the level of the plug to push it down with, the large item slips into the grated mixture and does not continue grating. This is a massive design fault in my opinion, as there is either going to be huge wastage, or the veggies needs to be finished of by hand. Have not tried using any other functions at this stage as it only arrived yesterday. It does not leak though which I’m impressed with as our old one did from day one and made a mess everywhere
Smith & Noble Food Processor – I bought this in Jan this year aftr my old one gave way. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The glass jug stands out along with the processor being 1000watts as compared to similar processors i was looking at in this price range that were 750watts and had a plastic jug. The mixing bowl comes with multiple attachments making it… Read more
easy to mix flour, chop onions, french fries etc. The juicer is powerfull as it has a ice crusher, blender & pulae option. Then there the dry grinder as well. Overall a very good peoduct for the half price i paid.
