Not So Smooth!! – As I'm in France for 6mths I organized a sizeable quantity of So Smooth products from Australia knowing that their product was superior to others in the market. They arrived, not only was I charged aus$80 for taxes but saw immediately the product had changed completely. They are of a much inferior quality and also sustantially smaller than the original product. What an absolute waste of money!!
Fooled from the start – When I ordered the so smooth skin serum on my phone the transaction did not allow time to correct mistakes or see final order before it was processed. It wasn't until I received my order that I realized that it was not correct. The order was not what I wanted, the price was not as advertised and I had to send an unordered moisturizer back. That refund was done perfectly. However, the remover was sent with 2 bottles and I only wanted one., Because I was not able to see my order before it was processed I believe I paid double the sale price. So I proceeded with the bottles I received to try to eliminate my skin growths, The order came with NO instructions on how to apply,,,no instructions at all ! I applied solution 3x a day with a Q-tip, Nothing changed after 1st month so I kept going. After 6 and one half weeks still nothing changed so I called company to tell them and claim a refund. I thought I had 60 days. Most advertised products give 60 to 90 days for a refund to be given if said product does not work. As I mentioned, on products delivery there were no instructions or anything telling me of use or refunds. When I called for refund I was told the refund period was only 30 days. I asked this person to show me this in writing and he said he would send one to my e-mail. It has been 5 days and I still have not received one.....I would like to add that when I called about my unordered moisturizer, the woman I spoke to was fantastic at customer service , immediately fixing my problem and sending me a refund in 2 days. Never have I had such excellent customer service and when I hung up I was smiling that it went so smoothly. I wish everything else in process was close to that. I will never use my phone again to order anything because I could not scroll back and check my order .
Scam company, avoid!!! – Product on their web page states $57.10 Aus/Bottle for 3 bottles of skin tag remover and 2 for free & free delivery. Very misleading, made me think $57.10 is all I needed. Turns out it maybe was $57.10 per bottle (for 3 bottles) and 2 for free (5 bottles) Was charged 299. Even so, it still doesn’t add up with free delivery. I feel as though this may have been a scam to trick vulnerable people as myself. Was on a nerve tablet last night so couldn’t concentrate at the time I did this scam purchase but after going over their website for this product several times this morning, I am not to blame - their words are very misleading to make someone think $57.10 was all you needed and free postage. They even took me to another page with this purchase last night wanting me to add on a moisturiser for $88. I then knew something was not right about their selling methods, very cunning. I quickly changed my mind and did not want to proceed, I pressed back arrow but it was too late. I was horrified when I saw a charge on my bank statement for 299. and a confirmation email from them about my order. There was a number and email address to call or write to. Being wee hours of the morning, I wrote an email to say I am appalled by their website scamming me out of money and now leaving me with a minus balance in my account. They haven’t responded. I contacted my bank this morning to block my card and put in a dispute to reverse this pending payment. I am writing this to warn others about this terrible company, not to get scammed as I did. What’s more in the terms it states you will be a billed member for new bottles periodically/monthly. There are so many misleading things about them to con people into buying their product, then slugging them an expensive hit in their bank account and maybe every month! Don’t do it, stay away from them!!! Update: I tried calling their phone number on their confirmation email I had received about my order and it doesn’t work, it’s a non existent number. Avoid this So Smooth Company!
