1000mg sodium, 210mg potassium, 70mg magnesium. Excellent product to replenish minerals losts during intensive training sessions, or in excessive heat environments. Zero sugar, but big on flavour. Variety of flavours available, all pleasant, and none of the 'artificial sweetener residue taste' found in similar products.
Follow-up · As each serving is individually wrapped ( in the variety pack I purchased) the products were fresh every time. Easy to mix - in a glass or water bottle (I used a glass one) Within minutes, I felt the effects - feeling refreshed & replenished.
