$1300 tv and Soniq used the cheapest courier service available – So I buy this tv that rrps for 1390 and Soniq used the cheapest nastiest courier service, when I paid 80 dollars for the delivery. same day. The next day, after we verified our purchase, they had ordered parts and within 1 week they had a technician at our house to replace the faulty part.

Great for its value – Bought from JB when it was on sale, good price and so is the picture quality. Only 2 HDMI ports, would been nice for an extra or 1 to be on the side of tv, hard to get to underneath tv, tv is mounted. Definitely get it delivered and bought into your house. Value entry level tv – For the price of the tv (sub $1000), it can't be beat. Picture quality is fine, and comes with plenty of smart tv features. Sound is average, but a sound bar fixes that. recently had an issue with the picture on my tv, but Soniq quickly and without hassle replaced it with a new one. For the money it can't be beat!

Good for the price – We payed $799 from a one day sale at JB HI FI. The Android box is slow but it does job. Lovely quality on screen and I can't complain for that price.
