Sonos Era 100

Garbage.....constantly dropping out every 10minutes. Had an Apple Homepod Mini before with very few drop outs.
Purchased in for $250.
Very disappointed with my recent purchase. Sales blurb stated these could be set up on Wi-Fi and used on Bluetooth as a stereo pair. Turned out that is not true as you need to keep the Wi-Fi operating even though you’re feeding them off Bluetooth, which is difficult in a rural setting without network Wi-Fi. Apparently, according to Sonos, this is my problem not theirs, so at great expense I got access to Wi-Fi out in the country. What is annoying me is that every time I walk away and come back to the shed I have to reset the speakers and get them going on Wi-Fi again. Sonos seems to think that because I walked away., my Wi-Fi is no longer a trusted source. When I am prepared to spend the time resetting them, the sound is great, much better than most Sheds would ever hear, but it’s a lot of overhead to access this pleasure disappointing because I am looking at setting the new house up as a total Sonos installation
Brilliant paired small speakers – Absolutely love these speakers. I bought them to replace a pair of Sonos One SL's in my office. I have two large screens on my desk so I used the Sonos speaker stands to lift the Era 100's high enough that I have line of sight when working. The Era's are a major step up in clarity and power. I've been wanting for some time to get a turntable and start listening to vinyl again, and the Era's gave me an easy way to plug a turntable (with built-in pre-amp) into our Sonos network. So far it's working flawlessly. I am very happy with this purchase.
