Extremely Disappointed – Received a Damaged Panel for a Brand-New TV! – I recently purchased a brand-new Sony TV, expecting the premium quality that the brand is known for. However, to my absolute disappointment, the TV arrived with a damaged panel and we noticed that as soon as we turned that on! For a company that prides itself on quality, this is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Instead of a quick and efficient resolution, I’ve had to jump through hoops, wasting my time trying to get the issue sorted. A brand-new TV should not arrive damaged, and customers should not have to fight for basic service!

I expected better quality control and customer support from a company like Sony. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand.

If you’re considering buying a Sony TV, think twice! You might end up with a defective product and a painful resolution process. Sony, do better.

Sony should be disgusted with themselves! – Sony should be disgusted with themselves! After spending more on a tv than we wanted to, it arrived damaged. I’m completely gobsmacked with the rude and demeaning approach that we got after we immediately contacted them to inform them what had happened. They firstly tried to blame the damage on us which is humerus at best considering I’m an electrician and am very aware of how delicate you need to be with these kinds of tvs. We even watched the instructional video to make sure it was correctly installed. They then tried to “offer” us a trade in.

I simply want the tv I paid for! Stop being a bunch of crooks!!!!
