Terrible – My friend and I both bought the Cybershot because we liked it so much (cost $500+ at the time). His screen went stripey. My screen went black. Both could not be used without being repaired and repairs were estimated at $250. Very annoyed that there is obviously an inbuilt obsolesence issue with the Cybershot. Would definitely not recommend purchasing one. Compact, light weight, easy to download camera broke down after 3 years. Cost to replace not worth it.

Good – this is a great camera for its money. Good to carry when ever and where ever. produces excellent pictures in good day light and good lighting at night but dont bother using the night mode, night mode shots always turn out blurry. Im not a camera buff but i do know that there are other cameras out there that can take good pictures in night mode. The screen is good size and surprisingly the battery life is not bad, even when using flash quite often. Much more solid build than the other brands around in the price bracket. Good value camera from Sony. Excellent picture in good lighting night mode is very average
