Great concept, but not quite there – This little unit was advertised as having everything, HR sensor, cadence sensor, gps sensor, waterproof, music player, and much more. However as a replacement for a sports watch, it simply does not work, having to press a button, and then listen while your stats come up is just too difficult compared to looking at a watch face. -the HR sensor is not even close to accurate

-the cadence sensor does actually work and tracks nicely with my garmin

-gps is about 10% off

-you can try to use it in the pool, but as soon as you push off the wall, goodluck trying to keep water out, cause as soon as water gets in, its useless.

-As a music player however, it is great, not having to carry a phone with me is excellent, and when you do, you can always pair them together.

Probably good for someone less serious about their stats, but me, I just use it as a music player in conjunction to my Garmin.

Perfect fitness tracker for outdoor sports and run – It's a stand-alone music player that can track runs with GPS accuracy and even overlay heart rate data for more detailed metrics and audio feedback while training. All while your phone stays safely at home saving battery, leaving you to enjoy training without any interruptions. Sony also provides an app for both iOS and Android to track your exercise information like workouts and heart rates. However, the earphones might be a bit chunky for some people who like small earphones.
