Got them as a gift for my girlfriend when she's working from home. Amazing sounds quality, very impressive noise cancelling, appreciate that they put work into improving call quality because I really struggled with that using my bose qc35ii. She loves them, good design, not too bulky. Seem like good build quality.

The sound quality and noise cancelling are both good.

Unfortunately, they put all the weight of the headphones onto one point right at the centre of the top of my head, so I get a sore spot after half an hour.

The microphone is terrible. People struggle to hear me, so I can't use it for calls. Plus, when the microphone is active then the sound quality drops significantly, so if I'm listening to music on a Mac or PC, then I need to set the computer to use a different microphone so the music doesn't sound bad.

Not recommended. I bought these because of the sound quality, but the issues outweigh its strengths.

These are a great pair of headphones. Coming from bose QC25, these are an upgrade in all aspects!

Pros;
- Comfortable
- Support multi-devices and it works very seamlessly
- lots of features and the auto turn-off/pause is really good as it makes battery lasts for days!
- Audio quality is amazing but it definitely has a different sound signature to it than bose. Might be a good thing or bad depending on your taste
- Feels like you have built-in subwoofers in!

Cons
- The MIC is unbelievable bad. it's such a shame because this is the only bad thing about it and it's really bad, especially if you do a lot of zoom calls

As an owner of the previous M3 version I could not be more disappointed with the problems I have had in just getting these new Sony's to even do what the old ones did. The static and interference lost pairing etc.
I should not have "upgraded" will try and return. Only had them for 3 days but the frustration.
Update still waiting for a promised email from Sony in relation to technical support. Have also left 2 calls with the Sony store where these were purchased. Still no call back.
