The 'Noise Cancelling' function does not work at all. Don't buy for noise cancellation. Show details
NC doesn't work – Useless NC. So what is the point buying this :< Bought it from Aldi cheap so it's OK but if you are paying full price, don't. Buy something else. I used in airplane once, I could hear engine noise very clearly. Show details
Great headphones, use them every day! – I use these headphones when walking to work every day. They are great for listening to music, but lately I’ve been listening to some interesting podcasts, the clarity of the presenters voice is fantastic. I wouldn’t suggest using them for running and definitely not cycling, you might struggle to hear the traffic. The sound volume is great, as is… Read more
the noise cancellation feature. I have only ever used these with my tv and phone, so at the most at a distance of maybe 10 metres. The wireless range for this distance is great, never any drop out.
Really happy – These headphones are easy to use, comfortable, and good value. They were a replacement for some expensive Beats that fell apart , so wasn’t expecting much. The noise canceling works well, wireless is essential, and Bluetooth doesn’t drop out even several rooms away from paired device. Show details
Average Headphones at a Good Price – The noise cancelling on the headphones were sub-par (but having noise cancelling at this price is already good). The app worked well and the apt-X support reduced the latency significantly compared to other headphones Show details
Good headphones – Nice noise cancelling and value for money,Happy listening to songs and also useful for online training. Not good for gym .Bluetooth is good ,earcups are nice.Charging is good .Overall value for money Show details

Great headphones for a great price! – I purchased the headphones a few months ago and I am very happy with them: I even bought the same headphones to my brother as well! I usually use them to listen to music, but they are very good for taking on the phone. The sound quality is great, the mobile app is very handy, the micro works very well. In addition, the battery life is very long...I couldn't ask for anything better! Show details
Excellent product – First experience of overear headphones. Brilliant! Bluetooth connectivity very user friendly. Noise cancelling works nicely. Battery life is excellent as is the build quality of the product. Would highly recommend. Show details
Exactly what I wanted – These phones sound great, shut out outside noise and are very comfortable to wear for long duration. The battery life is excellent I have had them for dm2 months now and only charged a few times. Show details
Comfortable, great sound quality and battery life is fantastic – Battery life lasts months before recharging (wear them approximately 5 hours a week). Sound cancellation is top notch. Very comfortable to wear even in warmer months and outside. Bluetooth connectivity is 4/5. Show details
Good budget NC wireless headphones – Good value for the price. The NC could be better. Should come with a case like other brands. Not sure what the issue is but if my phone is in my pocket the Bluetooth connection can be interrupted. The app makes settings easier. May upgrade to the 1000 model. Show details
Solid headphone for the price – Sony WH-CH700N is a decent headphone given the price point. They sound great with pretty much everything and very comfortable to wear as well. Also looks durable, has good wireless range and has a decent set of controls. The noise cancellation however is lacking so if that's what you require I would look elsewhere (Sony WH1000XM3 and Bose QC35 II seems to be the benchmark). Other than that these are a decent pair of wireless over ear headphones. Show details

Brilliant for the Price – I bought these headphones as seconds from the Sony Store on Ebay. These are a great set of cans if you are looking for wireless headphones. Granted the noise cancelling isn't up there with the top tier Sony or the Bose QC35's but the sound quality and fit is really top notch all considering. I've flown with these a few times and use these in an… Read more
open plan office and they have been fine for my usage.
The headphones sound setting can be controlled on the App that's available for both Apple and Android. When I first purchased these it had a firmware update so I then could use Google and Alexa on it.
It supports a wide variety of Codecs including Aptx and Aptx HD both of which provide significantly better sound quality than lower end wireless cans (even some at the same or a little more expensive don't support Aptx HD) which only use SBC. If you want to use these plugged in via a cable you can do that too.
The headphones are extremely comfortable and for the price point I can excuse there being now carry case with it. Battery life is ridiculous, I am talking like 2 weeks using them at work and I am at 50% battery.
Again if you can get these cheap (under $150) these are the go-to wireless headphones for sure!
Good quality sound and comfortable to wear – Bought the headphone from ALDI and have been listening to music with them on my daily commute on the train. The noise cancelling function is awesome on the public transport. Happy with the sound quality and even happier to ditch the cord headphone I was using before. The set up was simple and it is comfortable to wear. Overall I am impressed with these headphones so far and would recommend it. Show details
Great pair for a mid range price – Picked these up from Aldi on a whim during a special buy, and I'm quite impressed. Excellent directional audio during gaming sessions, with crisp and clear output. Comfortable to wear, and when listening via bluetooth I've had very little to no dropouts. Bluetooth range is pretty impressive and the battery life is great - I've not actually had it… Read more
run out on me yet and only briefly charge it every other week. I've read mixed things about the noise cancelling strength but it's more than adequate for my needs, worn them outside on a walk and they served me perfectly. Stock cable length could be a little longer, but that's a pretty minor thing that's easily replaced.
If you're not a hardcore audiophile who just wants a good set better than the generic department store brands but don't want to break the bank then this is a great pick.
Great sound and easy setup long lasting headphones – Syncs with my LG tv and I can block out all the noise from the wife, kids and rangehood fan. Syncs easily with my Samsung Smart phone. Got on sale from officeworks and now JBhifi are matching it's price Can't go wrong with Sony brand Has built in mic so can make calls on it or use Google Assistant All I need is a carry case for it. Sony WH-CH700NB. Failed expectations – I have been using the headphone for 2 weeks and since then I've got mixed feelings and here is why. There are pros and cons: pros: sound is crisp and clear; looks good, comfortable to wear and built well; Bluetooth works smoothly and easy to connect via Bluetooth; good battery life - I've been watching TV, listening music and talking over… Read more
phone (avg. 2.5hrs a day) and it's live for 1 week on the charge out of box.
cons: Noise Cancelling - sadly, claimed NC doesn't work. With NC on it doesn't make any difference comparing when it's off; No case for transporting; Compatibility - doesn't work with my Sony TV (2017 model); Battery - built-in; Charge time - over 5 hours;
Great headphones, blocked plane noise for long haul – Excellent headphones, used for overseas trip in a variety of noisy settings (planes with crying babies, buses with heaps of different languages) and excellent quality cancelling. Bluetooth or direct plug in options and excellent battery life. Highly recommend for anyone not want to spend exorbitant amounts of money but still want quality headphones Show details
Good Sound Long Battery – Got these headphones at Duty Free Sydney Airport. They have a great sound and the battery lasts a long time. Only issue is the battery is not removable unless sent to Sony Service. Got the plane adapter to use on the flight. Would have been nice if they had a case with it. A little warm to wear, but the sound quality is great. The application works ok with a bluetooth setup. Show details
