If there was a 0 I would rate it. This product is horrible – Very uncomfortable. It takes an effort to maintain them in the ears. Those two heavy blocks hanging on each side are moving all the time. Very negative experience with customer service, they did not suggest any solution to change them. Worst purchase of my life. Show details
These have been perfect! – I wear these to bed nearly ever night to play sleep stories and white noise. They fit snugly and comfortable for me as a side sleeper. I've had them for four years and they have not let me down. My daughter had a pair and her's didn't last a year. I don't know what to say, perhaps I'm lucky but I have no idea what I'll do when they finally die if Sony no longer makes them. Show details
Good functionality, but poor quality (fell apart within 6 months) – The functionality is the best part - I listen to podcasts a lot, and being able to quite easily control the volume as well as skip back 15 sec without touching the phone was huge plus. The earphones.microphone were not quite as good for phone calls, but i mainly bought them for listening to podcats while walking or doing chores. Battery life was… Read more
good too.
However, dissapointing quality - they fell apart within 6 months. First one ear piece (which i glued back together with sugru, and then a month or so later the other (which I also glued back together). I would have expected much better quality thaan Sony. The fact that both earpieces fell apart separately tells me it wasn't just a unlucky fluke, but a systematic issue with quality control of production.
They're okay, but the Wi-C310 is better – Having owned the Sony Wi-C310 earphones as well, these have a fair reduction in audio and mic quality over their big brother. In addition to this, overall quality feels cheaper and the cables are also thinner making them more prone to damage. Now, that's not to say these are useless, actually they sound great if you only have the earphones that… Read more
come boxed with the phone. I would recommend them if you're looking for a cheap set of decent bluetooth earphones, assuming you don't want the little bud types which can be lost easily. If you want a bit more oomph and clarity, step up a level and get the Sony Wi-C310.
Wasted my money – I bought these to use with my iPhone XS. When talking on the phone, everything echos and it picks up the slightest sound like breathing which you can hear through the headphone. Also, they aren't the most comfortable either and side up and down around the neck. I am now going to go out and buy a different set of headphones. I have used these once. Show details
Muffled sound, echoing – The sound quality is poor - constant background hum and echo when I speak. My voice sounds muffled to listener, with someone saying it's "like I'm speaking through my cheek". I bought Sony for its quality reputation but this Sony Wireless Stereo Headset WI-C200 hasn't reflected it. Show details

Nice product good value – I use these to listen to music. It easily connects to my iPhone and MacBook. They are suitable for running and cycling. Sound of the headphones are decent. Bass could be better. No static noises etc. Wireless range is good. Battery life is suppose to be 10 hours. Doesn’t exactly last that long. Show details
