Soundcore C30i

Nice sounding audio but not a secure fit – I bought these earbuds because I wear glasses so can't wear the over-the-ear type and all the ones that sit in the ear seem to fall out regularly. The sound emanating from these buds is excellent and the call quality is great, but the controls are not easy to operate. It requires tapping on the back of the bud which is tricky and likely to dislodge it from the ear. Also, despite searching in the instructions and online, it appears that there is no volume control so you have to pick up your phone to alter the volume which is not ideal.

It took me a bit of practice to sit them in my ears correctly and I attached the largest grips provided to make them feel more secure but they are still not very securely held in my ears and have dropped out several times. I'm glad there is an 18-month warranty!

I much prefer the way they sit on the edge of the ear rather than block the whole ear hole and believe it is far better for ear health. I just wish that they fit the way they are supposed to.
