Soundcore Sleep A30

Hi, I've not been 100% happy with these ear buds since new and getting less so as time goes on. I've contacted soundcore for warranty support and have been arguing for some time about it. They now say that it's the retailer's problem as they're not an authorised reseller.

The issues I've had are;

1 - the coating on the case is just chipping away when in my pocket. Soundcore recognises this as an issue but their take on it is to buy a cover for the case. This fails to recognise that Australian consumer law mandates goods are to be of acceptable quality and reasonably durable. 2 - they randomly stop working while I'm sleeping and this wakes me up. Quite often it can't be fixed unless the buds are put back in the case for a little while. As you can imagine it's not acceptable to be woken up by a device purchased to help me sleep. 3 - the right bud loses charge quicker than the left. At 10% level the buds don't respond to taps. 4 - the right bud more often than not has a lower volume than the left. 5 - there are times when the bud's volume is so low they can hardly be heard even when my phone's volume is at maximum.
