Great while they worked, but now won't charge – These were great, at first. Then, the left earphone became really hard to seat in the charger - took several minutes of fiddling with it to get it to charge, then god forbid the case moves because it would stop again. Then started having issues with the right one. Now neither of them will charge at all, so they're totally dead. Tried using steel… Read more

wool, alcohol, and vinegar on the contacts, but nothing has worked. Can't recommend them. Will be replacing with name brand earphones - probably Beats.

Great but unfortunately poor product – At first receiving this product, it was great and relatively easy to use. The sound was great and was compact. However upon having them for longer and the battery draining, it was found that one of the headphones didn’t charge and also the entire case didn’t charge. I voiced my concerns and received a replacement, however after more time and then… Read more

the new set needing charging, the same thing happened. Unfortunately they are simply a faulty product and wouldn’t waste your time due to the hassle.

Best ever Great earbuds until charging failed – Exactly the same as other reviewers. Left died a couple months in then right. Can’t charge. Tried everything. Customer service telling me it was my technique. Real shame. Disappointed as everything else was great. Long runs in heavy rain. Great fit.  Show details

My Left earbud Stopped working!!! – This product seems dodgy!! The left earbud stopped working after 3 weeks!! i thought it was the connection inside the case. I might go and get a decent pair, most probably Bose. This was a waste of money! Show details

Very poor – Facing the same issuea reported by others. Left earned not working. Seems that it doesn't connect properly inside the charging case. That makes them useless for me. I wish I could get a refund. Show details

Great headphones - incredible value – [SOLVED] Left / Right Earbud not charging: If you run into the problem that the earbuds, upon placement in their holding/charging case, do not switch off and do not charge: Try swabbing around the contacts on both the earbud and the charging contacts in the case with white vinegar, then dry it up with another swab. This will improve the conductivity of both and should solve some problems. Show details

Okay when they work – The sound wasn't fantastic but they were comfortable and was happy with them for the price. Unfortunately they stopped working after a couple of months and looking at the reviews it seems this is common issue. The left headphone stopped charging first and then a week or two later the right headphone did the same thing. Seems this is a common… Read more

issue. If that fix this issue i think it is a good buy for the price but don't think i'd take chance again.

Great sound, controls, design and value. But stopped working in two months – I really do like the Truewings. They are sleeker and less bulky than Powerbeats Pro and other ear hook earphones. They sit more flush against the head too. Touch controls were good. Design and build quality was good. They were great until the stopped charging. It's a common problem apparently. They won't sit tight in the case causing inadvertent… Read more

connections to your phone and draining power without your knowledge. Sometimes they charge. Sometimes they don't. Most times if they both manage to make a connection with the charging pins you're lucky. In the end I got a refund and binned them. Really disappointing as I really liked them. Bought a set of mpow flame lite to replace them.

Great sound, cannot charge these things – They sound great, the controls are a difficult to manage but fine, but these earbuds will not sit in their charging case. I never use them because one is always flat, always. You have to play with them in the case for 5 mins to get both charging, then leave it open to make sure they don't turn on. Then if the case moves a single mm, they stop charging. Show details

In search of the perfect running earbuds – If you're a runner who enjoys listening to music and podcasts then you'll know how important it is to find the perfect set of earbuds. What makes the Soundpeats TrueWings perfect? A winning trifecta of fit, comfort and ruggedness. Secure enough that you won't inadevertedly lose them mid-run, so lightweight and comfortable that you are barely… Read more

aware you are wearing them, and waterproof, to survive rain and sweat.

In addition these earbuds offer four hours playtime, and come with a nifty charging case that will juice up your ear buds another 4.5 times means you have all up a total of 22 hours playtime and the confidence your earbuds are charged up and ready to go running whenever your are.

But first to the fit. These, as the name TrueWings would suggest, are in-ear buds with a hook that goes over the top of your ear. And while not as elegant and discrete as smaller in-ear buds, they are still low profile, light weight and truly comfortable. But where they really win out is just how secure they are. These will not fall out.

The icing on the cake. Great sound - I'm no audiophile but these sound every bit as good as my AKG N700 noise cancelling overear headphones which act as my audio reference. You'll get the latest bluetooth chip - 5.0 - and a versatile pair of earbuds that can be used either together or just one at a time.

I purchased these on 14 March, and I write this review 70 days on after putting them through their paces on a few runs every week.

When you're out running you want to focus on your run, not on whether your ear buds are about to fall out, how much they are hurting you or distracting you with every step.

On that basis, the Soundpeats TrueWings are 5 star, and I would absolutely buy again.
